Not only were they extremely efficient (my car was ready only two hours after dropping it in) they had great communication and service, I’ve picked it up looking better than what I took it in! Gave it a little vacuum and all. Thanks guys!
- Carol Hayward Added April 15, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆absolutely disgusting , don't ever take your car here , we did because of a recall safety issue and asked them to fix a minor oil leak while there, they messed up so badly , made multiple major leaks and kept charging for more and more parts , my $12,000 car was completely worthless when finished , i had to sell it for parts after its cost me thousands to get it back from Kia , i don't know how they sleep at night after they horrendous treatment they make people endure , they should be ashamed of themselves

They do not hesitate to give you false information in order to sell you the car and didn't even bother contacting with you two days before the delivery date. And in 2021, their argument was the car that we sold to you is disappeared from the system. Absolute disgrace,

Perhaps the fact i wasn't dressed like I could take every car on the lot (which is not an exaggeration) is beside the point.
This 'salesman' has a lot to learn regarding manners.
