  Once we met with Liezel at Currimundi office we knew everything would go okay. She gave us the guidance that we needed to give our beautiful Mum the send off she deserved. Even fixed a photo for us to make it perfect. Nothing was to much trouble. Pastor Max was also amazing. Thanks so much ..Joy and Gary

  Thank you Darren for helping my sister and I through this incredibly hard time. You made all of my sister's wishes for her very loved partner happen, and it was so comforting to have the daily phone calls to let us know how it was progressing. Your willingness to go the extra mile and give my sister extra time with her lover meant so so much, and you tactfully navigated through the family issues we faced. Thank you for making the funeral planning side of things painless, it was a truly beautiful ceremony and I will never forget the extra effort you put in.

  Absolutely appalling customer "service". Thankfully my dealings with Premier Funerals were limited to organising the interment of my mother and brother's ashes at Buderim Cemetery. They rarely answered calls or if they did, the promised follow up email was never received. They did absolutely nothing for a month in regards to my mother's plaque and it was left to me to follow this up and progress it further.
  While dealing with this, my brother also passed, again I reluctantly had to contact Premier, only to be met with the same incompetence, disinterest and total lack of communication.
  If you care about your own wellbeing in a time when when you're grieving a loved one- I'd suggest for your own peace of mind- stay away from Premier Funerals.

  Meg, Jessica and Damian are amazing. Jessica and Damian were really respectful on the day they picked up my mum from home and Meg has been wonderful helping me organise my mums viewing and cremation. I can't thank them enough for making this difficult time a little easier. My mum looked beautiful as Meg did a fantastic job on her hair and make up. Thank you all so much x
